About the Event
WALKING HOCKEY MIXED CLASS & ABILITY
Weekly warm up & 1 or 2 drills (passing. use the stick, control of the ball, receiving & shooting)! No running or hitting the ball - just push passes. The walking game is simplified with less rules, using a large light weight ball. A slower pace but no less fun and enjoyment
The weekly session is open to beginners and experienced ex-players. Hockey sticks are provided. Mixed group, men and women. Please bring water and wear suitable clothing and trainers.
Get social. Stay after class for a chat and a cup of tea.
